The hospitality is truly exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. They were attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with any request we had. The service is top-notch. The staff's professionalism & dedication to ensuring a pleasant stay were evident in every interaction. They were quick to respond to any inquiries or needs, making us feel pampered throughout our stay. (A few names I could recollect...Sharath, Nadeesha, Tushith, Anjali, Chef Antony... not just them but everyone was outstanding. The hospitality runs in the DNA of their hotel staff, we believe.) The staff members are a true asset to this establishment. Their genuine care for guests is palpable and greatly enhances the overall experience. The culinary offerings at this hotel are nothing short of outstanding. The restaurant served a wide variety of delicious dishes, both local Sri Lankan cuisine and international options, all of which were prepared with utmost care and attention to detail. Best Food! The Buffet spread was delicious! A wonderful mix of Western and Asian. I want to say to those who expect food from your country.
