Its Heaven!!!!! Absolutely beautiful property with lots of attention to details, art and architecture! It is peaceful and beautiful with super friendly staff. From the valet driver to luggage man, reception and a very beautiful lady who works in restaurant with beautiful smile and kind heart! They treat you like family and you will enjoy every minute. They also bring cute plate of fruits, snacks and chocolates everytime you are out of the property to your room!

Stepping into this hotel felt like entering a serene oasis. From the moment we arrived, the staff's warmth and hospitality. The ambience of the hotel, with its breathtaking view of the river, added an extra layer of tranquility. As night fell, the scenery transformed into something truly magical, leaving us in awe. The comfort of our room exceeded our expectations, and the quality of the food surpassed them. Each meal was a culinary delight, showcasing the best of local flavors alongside international favorites. We were even treated to the spectacle of a traditional marriage ceremony during our morning stroll, immersing us in the vibrant culture of the region. Overall, our experience was nothing short of exceptional, leaving us with cherished memories to last a lifetime. The room is large and clean. The staff at the hotel are respectful. The breakfast and dinner buffets were excellent with a large variety to suit everyone. The hotel's design, landscape, and scenery are wonderful. It is close enough to major sites (10 minutes by car).

We had the pleasure of staying at the Mahaweli Reach Hotel in Kandy, and we must say it was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish. The hospitality is truly exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. They were attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with any request we had. The service is top-notch. The staff's professionalism & dedication to ensuring a pleasant stay were evident in every interaction. They were quick to respond to any inquiries or needs, making us feel pampered throughout our stay. (A few names I could recollect...Sharath, Nadeesha, Tushith, Anjali, Chef Antony... not just them but everyone was outstanding. The hospitality runs in the DNA of their hotel staff, we believe.) The staff members are a true asset to this establishment. Their genuine care for guests is palpable and greatly enhances the overall experience. The culinary offerings at this hotel are nothing short of outstanding. The restaurant served a wide variety of delicious dishes, both local Sri Lankan cuisine and international options, all of which were prepared with utmost care and attention to detail. Best Food! The Spa at the hotel offers rejuvenating treatments in a serene setting with knowledgeable and courteous staff. I have never experienced such a strong Wi-Fi service that was fast and reliable in a hotel. Amazing connectivity from any corner of the property. The property is a serene oasis along the Mahaweli River, with lush gardens and a stunning river view. I was about to book another hotel in Kandy, but we chose Mahaweli Reach Hotel instead, Looking back, I can confidently say that this decision was absolutely perfect.
